Calendar of Events-

January:  Developing plans for the new projects for upcoming year events

February: Fundraise for future projects

March: Miss Freeport Pageant

April: Annual Arts & Crafts Festival (always held on the Saturday before Easter). This event coincides with the Freeport Community Easter Egg Hunt

May and June:  Supporting the beautification and upkeep of Freeport

July: Election of Officers

August:  Installation of new officers:    Town Planters Society Social Night

September: Strategizing and planning for the upcoming fall events.

October:  Mayor’s Charity Ball

November: Veterans Memorial Ceremony is held on Veterans Day each year.  Bayfest is held on the 1^st Saturday of November every year.  Decorating the city for Christmas

December:  Assisting with Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting. This event is paired with the Festival of Trees. (Held on the 1^st Saturday of December every year.)
