Calendar of Events-

January:  Developing plans for the new projects for upcoming year events

February: Fundraise for future projects

March: Miss Freeport Pageant (6pm at Freeport High School Auditorium)

April: Annual Arts & Crafts Festival (always held on the Saturday before Easter). This event coincides with the Freeport Community Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Destiny Worship

May and June:  Supporting the beautification and upkeep of Freeport

Support the local Freeport Veteran's Memorial with assisting with the Veteran's Golf Tournament.

July: Election of Officers

The City of Freeport hosts a 4th of July Patriotic Parade at 4pm &

Celebration Fireworks around 8:30pm

August:  Installation of new officers: TPS Volunteer Appreciation Dinner 

September: Strategizing and planning for the upcoming fall events.

October:  Mayor’s Charity Ball (October 12th 2024)

November: Veterans Memorial Ceremony is held on Veterans Day each year.  Bayfest is held on the 1^st Saturday of November every year.  Distributing wreaths to local business to display for the holiday season

December:  Assisting with the City of Freeport Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting. (Held on the 1^st Saturday of December every year.)

This event is paired with the Festival of Trees. Display of trees take place in the City of Freeport Chambers for approximately a week for the community to come and admire.
